Help Updating my Account Information! (Phone, Email, Address, Debit/Payout Method)

⚠ IMPORTANT ⚠
Do NOT delete your account if you experience an issue updating your information! 📢 You must immediately reach out to Tasker Support! You cannot create or use a new account. Support will be able to troubleshoot any issues and help ensure your information gets updated. Follow ALL instructions provided in the article. Most times, there is an error it is because someone missed a step.

Updating 📞 Phone Number with Hyer App
Hit the Settings icon (upper left-hand corner of app)
Select 'Basic Information'
Click on the pencil ✏️icon next to your current phone number
Enter your NEW phone number (it will show you your current phone number)
This will generate a code (via SMS/Text) to your new phone number that you will need to enter
Enter the verification code sent to your new number in the and submit
Viola! Your number is now updated!
Updating 📞 Phone Number with Stripe
Hit the Settings icon (upper left-hand corner of app)
Select 'Payment Information'
Enter the verification code texted to you and hit 'Continue'
If you do not get the verification code, follow the steps in this 👉 article
Pay attention to the prompts or assistance hyperlinks below the verification blocks if you are having issues
Select the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your Stripe dashboard
Selec the '>' icon next to your current phone number
This will generate a verification code to be sent to the email address you have on file with Stripe
Note that if you do not get the code or do not have that email you can click the hyperlink that states 'Verify my identity instead'
Enter your verification code and submit

Updating ✉ Email for Hyer App
Hit the Settings icon (upper left-hand corner of app)
Select 'Basic Information'
Click on the pencil ✏️ icon next to your current email address
Enter in your new email. 📌Your old email will appear first. Just erase it and enter in your new one
The system will send a verification to your new email address enter this code and hit 'Let's Go'
🙌 Done!
Updating ✉ Email for Stripe
Hit the Settings icon (upper left-hand corner of app)
Select 'Payment Information'
Enter the verification code texted to you and hit 'Continue'
If you do not get the verification code, follow the steps in this 👉 article
Pay attention to the prompts or assistance hyperlinks below the verification blocks if you are having issues
Select the '>' icon next to your current email
This will generate a verification code to your current email. 📌 If you do not have access to your old email, you will have to click on the hyperlink that says 'Verify my identity instead.' This will prompt you to go through Stripes verification process
Enter the code and your good to go! 💪
Updating 💳 Payout Method in Stripe
Hit the Settings icon (upper left-hand corner of app)
Select 'Payment Information'
Enter the verification code texted to you and hit 'Continue'
If you do not get the verification code, follow the steps in this 👉 article
Pay attention to the prompts or assistance hyperlinks below the verification blocks if you are having issues
Select the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your Stripe dashboard
Click on 'HyerApp' under the header labled Payout Details
Click on the pencil✏️next to your current payment information and follow the prompts to update it

Tips!
Make sure you don't have any spaces before or after your email
Do NOT add a 1 in front of your phone number
If you do not get the verification code in your email, checkr your spam folder
