Many of our customers require Taskers to have a valid profile picture within the Hyer app for identification and security purposes. Your profile picture will be used to confirm attendance when you arrive at a task. If you do not meet the profile picture requirements, your account can be suspended until you do. Some customers may avoid selecting you for tasks if you do not have a professional profile picture or a good bio message.
Here are our profile picture requirements:

- A clear photo of your face (no full-body shots)
- We love pets, but please don't use them in your profile picture
- No family pictures or just pictures of your children
- No group shots
- No sunglasses, hats, or face coverings
- No filters
A note about your bio (message on your profile):
- Your bio should provide relevant information about yourself that highlights your skills and best qualities!
- Giving some relevant business experience can help you stand out among other applicants.
