There are several ways to contact a Tasker when necessary:
- There is a discussion feature in the app. It is located about halfway down the Task page. You do need to toggle over to "Discussion" as its default setting is the "Customer Instructions" tab.
- Generally, the Tasker's phone number is listed on the Task page. This gives you the ability to call the Tasker within the app, call outside of the app, or contact the Tasker via text.
There are times when a Tasker may have opted to not allow in-app calling and/or does not have push notifications turned on. If this happens, please reach out to Customer Service and they can help to coordinate a connection.
