What are Flexible Start Times?
Customers are now able to choose between Fixed Start Times and Flexible Start Times. Fixed Start Times are the default, when the Customer states that a Tasker needs to start a Task at X o'clock. Flexible Start Times allow the Customer to select an acceptable range of times that a Task can be started (between X o'clock and Y o'clock).
I'm a Customer, how do I create a Flexible Start Time Task?
Whenever you create a Task, you will see the Fixed/Flexible Start Time as an option. You must enter the Earliest and Latest acceptable Task start times.
I'm a Tasker, how do Flexible Start Times effect me?
When you apply for, or are offered, a Flexible Start Time Task, you will be prompted to enter the expected start time of your choosing. Your expected start time must be within the range sent by the Customer. Once you have selected your expected start time, you will be unable to edit it. When you are selected, the Task start time will be updated to the expected start time you entered. You are expected to work at the scheduled start time you have chosen.
