If you fail the Background / MVR check:
- You will receive a Pre-Adverse Action notification. This notification will outline your options, such as an appeal if you feel the failure was received in error. You will have seven days to respond. If you respond, then your case will be reviewed and a determination will be made for potential engagement, based on the facts.
- If you do not respond to the notification, you will receive another notification (Post-Adverse notification) informing you of the final decision.
If you passed the Background check, but did not pass the MVR, however, you will still be allowed to perform all non-driving tasks that are posted.
Note: The cost of your background check is your responsibility, no matter how the results come out. Hyer does not provide refunds for background checks that are in progress or complete.
