Tasker Classifications
New: Taskers who have completed <12 tasks (0-11 tasks) will have the New tasker classification.
Reliable: Taskers who have completed 12 or more tasks and have a breach history of ≤5% Late Cancellations/Major Breaches and ≤10 Minor Breaches for scheduled tasks will have the Reliable tasker classification.
Watchlist: Taskers who have completed 12 or more tasks and have a breach history of between 5% and 17% of Late Cancellations/Major Breaches and between 10 and 20 Minor Breaches for scheduled tasks will have the Watchlist tasker classification.
Restricted: Taskers who have completed 12 or more tasks and have a breach history of more than 17% of Late Cancellations/Major Breaches and more than 20 Minor breaches for scheduled tasks will have a Restricted tasker classification.
A Restricted tasker classification will result in a suspension from the app which could be for 7 days, 14 days, or Permanent. Suspended taskers will not be able to apply to new tasks until the suspension has been completed. Suspended taskers can complete tasks that have already been Scheduled.
Probation: Only for Established (>12 tasks) taskers. Taskers who have completed a suspension (7 days or 14 days), will have a Probation tasker classification. The Probation classification will remain for 30 days and if no additional breaches are made, the tasker will then move back to the Reliable classification (depending on the number of completed tasks).
