Taskers should never be allowed to work on a task that they are not scheduled for.
If a Tasker is not scheduled (assigned) to a task, there is no way for that Tasker to be paid out for the work completed. Allowing a Tasker to work when they are Not selected also opens them and your company up to certain risks should there be an accident while working. When someone works on a task that they are not Scheduled for, they are working outside of the Hyer app and are not covered under OAI.
This also includes not allowing a Tasker to bring a buddy to work with them so they can complete the task faster. Likewise, if someone shows up to work on a task for their friend or significant other, they should not be allowed to work and should be asked to leave. If this happens, please obtain the name of the individual who tried to work under someone else's name, the Tasker's name they were trying to work for, and the task ID. Then submit that information to Customer Support, so we may address the issue internally to ensure it does not happen again with that Tasker.

What should you do if a Tasker shows up but they are not scheduled?
- Assign or accept them to an open task you have
- Create a task (public or private, have that Tasker apply/accept) and then go through the prompts to start working
- Send that Tasker home and advise that they cannot show up to a task unless they are scheduled (you may direct them to Tasker Support if they have questions you cannot answer). You are not obligated to allow them to work just because they showed up.
